Princeton Wholesale is a wholesale mortgage lender working with hundred of broker businesses to provide an effortless mortgage experience for loan originators, realtors & referral partners, and their borrowers. Working as the Senior Marketing Manager of the wholesale channel of Princeton Mortgage Corporation, I led all initiatives to assist in acquiring more market share in the mortgage broker community.

Building, running, maintaining, and supporting an omni-channel marketing machine that was integral for 600% company growth for multiple company channels and revenue streams.

Responsibilities

Hubspot CRM Architect: Which includes, but is not limited to, ideation, design and development of automated workflows and processes to support Marketing and Sales systems consisting of email marketing, text message marketing, direct mail marketing, task reminders, and more. Marketing campaigns developed target segmented groups of roughly 12,000 leads per day/5,000,000 touchpoints per year. Additionally, lead management, segmentation, and distribution among sales representatives.

Graphic Design: Leading all design initiatives in branding and strategy including websites/landing pages, direct mail, social media, event marketing, and more. Conceptualize, design, and execute multi-piece and multi-channel campaigns from idea to creation to implementation. Remaining very hands-on in developing next steps and throughout all projects entirely.
